I consider this more a relaunch of this site than a routine update, as this one comes as anything but routine. It has been something like three years since I last did an update of the BPV site. Since then I've battled cancer and won, at least for now. (I mostly just layed there and let nurses pump goofy drugs through me with my surgeon doing most of the battling, truth be told.)

And then I turned 30 years old. No. No big life revelations there either, sorry!

However, I have been productive in my work throughout -- let me make up a CV at some point so you can read that, if you like, rather than me smile and nod as I pat myself on the back here.

One of the exciting highlights of the last few years, and probably the major reason I have let my site become a nostalgia place for friends, is good pal and artist MITZI GORDON and I establishing our own photography business, PYRAMID PHOTOGRAPHY.

Finally, I have gone back to the pen in the last 6 months, polishing off about a dozen short works and most resently a novel called girlATOMIC. I'm gonna get to work getting these works "out there" in front of you as soon as I am done with my next writing project, probably in a couple of months to summer. I'm excited to have that part of my life reconnected and alive again. I hope you will be as excited as I am after you read what I've done. I may make some stories available in the Everything Else section at some point, and maybe even a section of girlATOMIC, which is the most secretive of my current projects.
